Horrified by reports of tragic injuries and deaths caused by some flea control products, we were determined to find safer products to use on our own dogs and cats. Unhappy with the harsh pesticides and chemicals that are in the common flea control products, we wanted natural alternatives.
Hundreds of hours were spent reading reports and articles by veterinarians and testimonials from customers. We were surprised to discover that most of the commercial "All Natural" products contained pennyroyal or citronella, which we learned can be potentially harmful to dogs. We also discovered that many cat products contained essential oils that are harmful to cats. The number of injuries or deaths reported by cat owners who used these products was alarming.
Unable to find any safe, effective natural products available---we decided to make our own. After extensive research and testing, we developed a line of products that have been proven safe and really work. Friends and relatives wanted us to make some for their pets and then....Good Riddance was born.
We are excited to share our products with other pet owners who feel like we do---OUR PETS ARE NOT JUST PETS, THEY ARE PART OF OUR FAMILY!
